Why launching feels different right now


Hey! I promised to follow up with you today about launching and selling your offers, so here I am from my new coffee shop office*.

I just glanced out the windows and it's SNOWING! Which should be normal since it's winder in Bend, OR... but this has been a weird season and we’ve barely seen a dusting of snow this year.

It's the topic of ALL small talk here because our mountains have struggled to accumulate enough snow for ski season.

This “off” season thing seems to also be happening online with sales though too, have you noticed things have felt a bit weird lately?

It’s been building for a while, gone are the days when people plunk down thousands of dollars out of FOMO or because they vibed with your webinar.

As buyers we're more cautious, skeptical AF and more thoughtful with our investments (aka slower to move) than even a year ago.

And it kind of feels like everyone is struggling🫠.

But just like the little flurry of snow (which has stopped now 😅) that's not the full picture.

The truth is that the mountain peaks ARE covered in snow, and even last weekend my boys went snowboarding.

Similarly, many entrepreneurs are having their easiest launches right now. And it's not because they have a bigger audience or a better sales page.

It's because of what they're doing in the weeks BEFORE they launch.
